Re: Best Water Heater Temp
Hot enough to hurt but not hot enough to scald. Difficult to achieve such precision. That temperature is actually different for each person. I think that teenagers have the greatest tolerance for hot water. They can stay in the shower for over 40 minutes if the hot water lasts that long. That is why i have a valve on the water heater that would slowly close the water to the tank after 15 minutes. I don't think my 42 year old daughter ever found out about it. My son figured it out when he started to work for me in the business. It is disconnected now.
Re: Extreme Left Jaw Pain leads to many things.....and there is more!
Scary, especially a ride in an aircraft with the flight characteristics of a brick.
When things get too quiet at home, I tell Mrs. ratio that I keep heading off to the right when I walk. Gotta love health care professionals!

Re: Best Water Heater Temp
@EdTheHeaterMan My boys would take 45 min showers if you let them. More than once after a knock on the door and a warning I would go downstairs and shut the hot off.
Re: Advice for replacing torn Flex with metal ducts
Hi, A question. What would it take to exclude the critters? 🦨🐍🦖🐘🐲🐩 🤔Why doesn't Sony sell robot cats? Where's AI when I need it?

Re: Bad customer behavior
Regarding, "Customers checking up on you or hovering over you while you work". I like to watch folks work on my house if I have the time. This is because I like to learn--not because I don't trust them. I do try hard to not impede their work. Would this behavior of mine bother anyone?I've not had an issue with customers that hover. It has led to some interesting conversations and connections, over the years.
I guess it depends on the intend of those that hover
I've not had a customer follow me into a crawlspace. The mention of rats or snakes keeps most at bay.
