Isn't that where all the "rule of thumb" installers end up? Might be why it's so hot
You can have it good, fast or cheap. Pick two

I think, for prosperity, that we should conclude the thread with before and after shots. What a difference!

We are so busy, we often refer people here as a matter of course. Never expected something like this to happen though...

You guys were amazing. Wish we could have been there. But there's already too many angry people on this forum waiting for us to get to them...

    Can't win!

    Michelle sent me this:

Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Everything is working great. It's nice to be able to leave the heat on when I'm not home and not have to worry about something going wrong.
I hope Santa is good to you today 😁

I've found myself in awe of the generosity of this community just for the time you all have taken to answer my questions. I'm not ashamed to admit it brought a tear to my eye to see you all go even further.

    Long may you run guys.

Awesome. I was thinking about you Michelle. And all the great people I got to meet as a result.

It's around that time again...anyone want to take the lead? :)

I've been super busy with my new venture so I haven't been on the board for awhile.

It would be cool to be able to help someone this year, unfortunately for me I wouldn't be able to go down to jersey where this person is located. I live in western MA, but I would be willing to donate some coin if this is something that everyone gets behind again.

I’m in for a volunteer job but would have to be on a weekend and planned weeks ahead and I wouldn’t be able to take the lead since we’re so busy at the moment.

If the timing works I'd make the drive up from Virginia and turn some wrenches, buy grub, and generally be helpful and/or stay out of the way, as necessary. I have some experience but I'm not in the trade.
