OK in this case there is no "should" about it, this boiler will perform as good as any boiler you could pick.

And congratulations for resisting going to the next larger one "just to be safe". You have somehow, some way, actually purchased the correct sized boiler, making you very rare around here!
DHW Recirculation Is Great!
Finished the install and wow! Maybe 10-15 seconds and there is hot water in the shower at the other end of the house.

I believe that control has cube relays. The contacts for the main heat are stuck closed. It turns off when priority has a demand because priority removes 120 volts to the contacts for the heat relay.
You could test it by swapping the priority and heat relays and see if the priority zone circulator run constantly.
The cube relays are available.

Outdoor reset and steam??? how does that idea work in your mind? You must imagine something about the burner operating less when the outdoor temperature is higher and the burner operating more when the outdoor temperature is colder. Heat timer can do that, but is that ODR?
When using hot water and outdoor reset the concept is the water temperature in the radiators will be lower (like 120°F) when the outdoor temperature is higher (like 50°F). When the outdoor Temperature is lower (Like 10°F) the radiator temperature is higher (like 180°F)
I don't see how to make the steam in the radiators a lower temperature than 212°F… Do you?
