Get yourself a few Garber R filters. You will need to bleed a lot of air out of the pump. Don't stop until you have an air free oil flow.

Today is Sunday, and I desperately needed a replacement spin-on fuel filter for my System 2000 EK-1.
All of the plumbing supply houses and fuel oil dealers were closed, and none of the home center stores near me stocked them. And there's no way I was going to spend $150 or more on a service call for a new filter.
I started searching with Google, but kept coming up empty. I found an old post on this site, but the one filter mentioned wasn't available.
So I started searching using the specs of the filter and found a suitable replacement that is intended for Cummins diesels, and is available in many auto parts stores.
The list, starting with the OEM filter:
Energy Kinetics 10-0933
Napa 3109
Wix 33109

Hastings FF945
Baldwin BF957
Donaldson P550105
Fleetguard FF105
Luber-Finer LFF5

Google maps, and I agree check over the route to make sure you end up where you intend to be.
I used a Garmin for years, I imagine they work well still?
