Not the fan/limit so much as the fan switch. Most have fan control through the thermostat on the low voltage circuit now.

the manual fan switch is mostly obsolete. it is usually controlled by a relay through a switch on the t-stat now

That was one of my issues. I used the old saying "I worry about a lot of things most of them never happened" sometimes it actually works
100 year old radiator??
Well I found this radiator and couldn’t pass it up! It appears sound but I did not test it yet.
There aren’t any manufacturer’s marks anywhere that I can see. There are small stars on the columns. The casting appears very rough in texture. It’s as heavy as it looks haha! I couldn’t find any similar radiators in Dan’s EDR book.
This came from Williamsport PA. A town that likely had a half dozen foundries back in the cast iron heydays of PA. It is possible it was made locally and there weren’t many produced.
Anybody have any info? Seen one before?

Well, it is not the tank so that is good. I would have whoever works on the burner fix it. If the leak is that small just keep a pan under it and have it fixed the next time you get service.
Make your service provider aware of this and that they should have fixed it while they were there. Doesn't your oil provider have an oil technician?
Your best bet is to buy your oil from a service provider who sells oil and has a service dept. They are the ones with the incentive to help you out. If you by oil from someone who only sells oil they may have a cheaper price but can't help you because they have no service dept.

Have you ever ordered a V. 119-gallon vertical tank? It comes two pieces; the tank and the enclosure and is a PITA to put together.
We also had the room for a horizontal and it’s the perfect height for serving cocktails.
