Very nice. I am concerned about the upper pipe draining in to a san tee though. Why not a sweep?

18 circulators on a 299 boiler? probably don't even need to fire the boiler on mild days

Piping was fine when I installed it. House moved. (Stolen from the machinist trade).

***Added backwater valve, new home trap, reroute sanitary vent for home owners that had a flood in not so distant past. Mainline backed up into the home $$$$***
