Or a 3 section boiler....Considering what website this is.You can also store, brooms, mops, New York Magazine & National Geographic behind that toilet! Mad Dog 🐕You could store 10 years worth of McMaster Carr catalogs behind that toilet.....
Or a spare TH400 / 4L80E.
A steam radiator would be perfect back there.

Outdoor restes are not intuitive to the heat loss of the building. Thay are a close second, but not as intuitive as modern indoor resets.

Here's the answer to all your problems. Its the aquastat. Bang. No if you're getting 24v to the valve, it should open no matter what. Sorry you have ANOTHER bad valve
