Re: New low pressure gauge reading zero
Nothing wrong with a Magnehelic. This one showed up at my house from some nice guy named Paul. Just had to take him out crabbing on my boat. Works like a charm.delcrossv said:"need" is a strong word"Need" was chosen with care. Winters is probably the cheapest gauge that has reasonable accuracy. Not like I suggested a Magnahelic. Here's a less expensive one that measures inches of water (there are 28 inches of water column in a single PSI) https://www.amazon.com/SENCTRL-Inches-Pressure-Capsule-Adjustment/dp/B0C6KJ8865

Some folks just don't have an eye for fine art!

Re: Ignition Control Module vs Ignitor / Cable
How do I know if my steam boiler Ignition control module (Honeywell S8600M) is bad, or if it's the Ignitor/cable? The module is getting 24V but I sometimes randomly don't get a spark. The weird thing is when it happens, if I give the module a bit of a knock/tap, it'll send a spark and the boiler will fire right up.

Are you related to Arthur Fonzarelli?
Re: Outdoor Reset - Need Calming Vibes
Or I could let my wife & kids blast the thermostat. I feel like that would be against everything I was taught by my father as a child though.
Re: This weeks case, Replacing a steam boiler at my kids school What would you do?
I think I got pretty close with three boilers. I was only 1 off. LOL
