Re: No heat :(
Hot water and i dont see any leaks at all.You may not see any leaks if the water has already leaked out to zero PSI on the gauge. There are SOOoo many places that water can vent of leave the boiler under normal operation.
What did you do to "restart" the boiler? Is there a flame? Are you getting heat?
You may have a Low Water Cut Off (LWCO) that made the boiler stop when the water level dropped. You may need to add water pressure and maybe even purge some air from radiators.
Need more Info.
Can you post a photo of the boiler to include all the connecting pipes from ceiling to floor? Take 4 pictures one high and one low from the left side, one high and one low from the right side. That way we can see the pipes from different angles in case some pipes are blocked from view by other larger pipes in front of them.

Re: What do you call that top on a Bundy radiator?
It looks like they called it a Radiator Top.

Re: Clow Gasteam Radiator - Please Help!
The Clow Gasteam heaters are a interesting part of steam heating History. The above comments are unfortunately true far as safety. I have several restored for display pieces. They clean up nicely. Most are given to me rather than hauling them away for scrap. I would like to rescue if this one does not have long term home. See attached display.

Re: Would a "remote Hartford loop" cause any problems?
You don't need anything besides that water seal loop in the remote basement, and a vent on the steam main in there as well. Keep that line in the crawl space as a dry return, and vent it at the boiler or where it turns down.
Re: Old NYC radiator help
@Jamie Hall is right but I'll add a little description to his direction to "just turn it over". If possible, you would rotate the vent one way or the other as possible (righty-tighty would be preferable but may not be possible) until the vent is upside-down from its current position.
This effectively "closes" this type of vent so that it doesn't let the air out next time the boiler calls for heat.
In between calls for heat, the whole system fills back up with air (all the steam condenses) and the vents let the air out when the next call for heat occurs.
But in this cold weather we currently have, they might be running the boiler nearly continuously and this trick only works if the system can fill back up with air between calls for heat...once the system is completely steam filled, you can't stop it.

Re: Need help with Primary/Secondary Water Loops
Once you have flow in all the zones, the air separator will finish off the job of getting dissolved air out. It could take days.
Leave the fill valve open for a period of time to add water as the remainder of the air comes out.

Re: Hoffman 2 Vents?
WIKA wouldn't lie ...

Honestly I was sure it was 10" Hg but after reviewing the picture and seeing 11" on the gauge I just could not resist

The Silent Steam Team video of the Hoffman #2 salesman demonstration device video is quite instructive.ymmvHoffman #2 Vacuum Steam Vent 1920s Demonstrator

Re: Hoffman 2 Vents?
This is from the Hoffman Specialty Catalog for the Number 2 Vent.
"In systems using oil or gas burners, the number of operations of the burner per day is reduced about 25 per cent through the use of No. 2 Hoffman Vacuum Valves on the radiators and No. 6 or No. 16 valves on the pipe lines. In coal burning systems reduction in fuel consumption of 33 1/3 per cent is common."
They mention the number of burner operations is reduced about 25% per day. There is no mention as to what the reduction of total burn time is reduced per day.
