When looking for possible pressuretrol plugging make sure the small hole at the base of the pressuretrol (or vaporstat Inside the brass fitting) is clear. That can get gunked up stop it from trading the system pressure.
I worked in Watertown for over twenty years as a technician then in engineering, and a mile so down the main drag was Doble Engineering , That's the same outfit that developed the Doble model B steam can over a hundred years ago.

How about a thermal battery bank using Sodium acetate trihydrate ?
Each Battery can be utilized/Triggered when needed.
I think Sometimes potassium chloride and/or sodium chloride was also utilized but i think the Heat exchanger design may be challenging.

Luckily, there's no such thing as "climate change." Using heat to melt snow instead of going outside with a friggin shovel for 5 minutes???!!!! If you can't shovel one inch of snow, Colorado is the wrong place to live.@philsego, this comment is uncalled for and antagonistic. Why start your day by tearing other people down? Please follow site rules and be respectful. You do not know the OP's situation or why they chose a snowmelt system. Snowmelt makes a lot of sense for CO and they're sharing this video because this is the first snowfall to test the system out. It doesn't matter how much snow they received. I appreciate them sharing the video so that we can all learn.
Re: Radiant floor performance troubleshooting
The main reason that residential radiant floors design around a 10- 15 delta is for comfort. You want the floor temperature to be a consistent as possible.
If you run in that 10- 15 range when you reach thermal equilibrium ( supply and return temperature stabilizes) , all is good.
This shows what a 300' loop would look like running 3 different delta Ts. Same 110 supply temperature in 3 examples.

The Northern Illinois Steam Power Club puts on the Sycamore Steam Show every year. Starts second Thursday in August. When my son was younger I would take him to the show. He now makes steam out of rocks that glow.

Hot water and i dont see any leaks at all.You may not see any leaks if the water has already leaked out to zero PSI on the gauge. There are SOOoo many places that water can vent of leave the boiler under normal operation.
What did you do to "restart" the boiler? Is there a flame? Are you getting heat?
You may have a Low Water Cut Off (LWCO) that made the boiler stop when the water level dropped. You may need to add water pressure and maybe even purge some air from radiators.
Need more Info.
Can you post a photo of the boiler to include all the connecting pipes from ceiling to floor? Take 4 pictures one high and one low from the left side, one high and one low from the right side. That way we can see the pipes from different angles in case some pipes are blocked from view by other larger pipes in front of them.

The Clow Gasteam heaters are a interesting part of steam heating History. The above comments are unfortunately true far as safety. I have several restored for display pieces. They clean up nicely. Most are given to me rather than hauling them away for scrap. I would like to rescue if this one does not have long term home. See attached display.
