Any update on how Dan is doing??

I had a phone call from a former co-worker who caught it from his wife. She is a nurse in a hard hit nursing home in MA. His wife had no symptoms except a stuffy nose and she tested positive.

He said it started like a cold for a few days then WHAM....couldn't breathe. He said if he was lying in bed and sat up he would loose his breath, then recover it stand up and loose his breath again would take him half an hour to get to the bathroom. His wife took time off from work and stayed with him.

5 days of hell is how he described it, plus the cold in the beginning. Then he woke up after going through hell and felt like eating and said it left as fast as it came on. Said he still does not have all his wind completely back but is ok and back to work . Never got tested. He's 58 not underlying conditions
