i know there is alot of water and metal in my system, I thought that is a good thing for these boilers to work efficiently

Yes, definitely. If the rooms are that far out of balance, assuming all the valves were open, you'll have to pick the coldest room and dial the others back to match it.

I don't recall -- did you install an ECM circulator?

Watch the room temp if it starts to climb, or drop shift accordingly.

Start balancing rads like Kurt said.

is 79% good? for the flame?
I would think not, we will have much colder days than today

Stop it with the flame. Your system is cold it needs to equalize.

    it's just a question
the room that is the warmest is the fish room, but i do not want to change it. I have the stat in my bedroom, and I did have the valve turned down at 1st, but when we were looking for numbers, I turned the valve open
the lliving room went up to 68, I'm happy with that and the kitchen is 69 now, I am happy with this
I will cut down the bedroom, and i imagine the other rooms will improve

Now your cooking. Once your system is balanced, and everything is warmed up the boiler will start to modulate down.

Flame % means nothing here -- it's all about water temps and air temps.

All of those measurements have an OAT of 32°F. You need to see what happens when the outdoor temp rises or falls.

    what is oat?

    OAT = Outdoor Air Temperature.

Again, the only things that matter here are the indoor air temp and the outdoor air temp.

Got any thermometers lying around? Tracking temps in several rooms can help a lot with balancing.

and I have a thermometer on the wall in the kitchen
the other thermostat is in the living room not hooked up, but with a battery in it
The only room that is the hot room is the fish room, but, that's ok, spend less electricity heating the tanks
and my bedroom, where the live thermostat is
