Argo ARM-6P keeps going off

This is a weird one. After some time during the course of the day, the controller just stops working.

Turning it off and back on sometimes it's it working again, but pushing in the two contacts on the left also gets it working. I recently replaced the two relays on the left and it's still the same issue. I replaced both of them last night, everything worked fine. We had hot water. This morning, no hot water again. https://imgur.com/a/Jt5lU9f

If you jump the aquastat terminals does it run?
    How is the voltage?

The aquastat is calling for heat. I jumped the blue and green wires for the priority thermostat (that's the one coming off the aquastat) and it didn't do anything.

I actually don't have a voltmeter. Could you recommend one for me?

IDK what you mean by "pushing in two contacts". There are no open contacts in the control.

However, since you don't have have a Digital Multi Meter, you would be wise to contact a COMPETENT pro who understands your type of system to repair it.

Sorry my brain short-circuited on me. I meant the two relays on the left.

I've tried calling a few, they all ask about the same price to come and take a look at it, finally settled on one. Charged 130 to "troubleshoot" it which was to tell me that I would need to replace it. I was trying to do a little digging myself to avoid getting ripped off. (long story short, water from the indirect tank was gushing out, ended up going with a guy with 4.7 star rating, he said X, did work to replace X, i paid him for X, but in reality, it ended up being a crack in the indirect water heater pipe so now i try to make sure i understand what's wrong first)

As you have discovered, those star ratings are almost as useless for home repair people as they are on Amazon.

Where are you? We may know someone who actually is competent.

I don't blame him for the mistake. But the fact that he was adamant on charging me full price for the tank replacement really rubbed me the wrong way (around $). And said "well those value's were most likely bad too from being active for so long."

    I'm from Queens, NYC.

Here's a video of the relay board:

in the second video, around the end, it finally stayed on last night for it to heat the water in the tank. but this morning no hot water again. so i probably have to repeat the poking again, lol.
