BTW, is Bean Irish? It would account for the apparent "Irish Dominance" of wethead posters here (are Forbes, Lawrence, Young (HB), Eatherton, Rohr, Swampster (Meself) Irish ? I've flown/travelled 2.5 million miles, and never been to beautiful Ireland.

I remember well at Jim Roches retirement party at Burnham some words that he said: There are many people here at Burnham that quietly work in the background to keep things clicking along that you never hear about. The leader that Robert is, I am sure that he left systems and people in place to keep things clicking at Danfoss. Robert, who I know as well as anyone in the industry, is a starter, and starters are always looking for the next thing to start. The technique...
is all in the grunting and grating...take a large swig of Wild Turkey...stand on one leg, tighten your belt a few notches...tilt your head back 45 degrees and gurgle to the French National Anthem...if this doesn't work try the same technique in the frozen bird section at your local grocery store - if you do this on Thanks Giving you'll be guaranteed to get your bird courtesy of the local Sheriff.
