    Where are they leaking from?

Was the system drained.? Did they run the pumps dry? Does the chiller run in the winter? Does the system have glycol?

Can you explain a little better.

Use some periods and form sentences.

glycol mixtures leak more easily than plain water. tolerances get bigger when things are colder.

there is a fiber or rubber washer between the flanges the connect the pump to the braided stainless connectors.

That should be replaced after the connection is wire brushed and cleaned.

In some cases the flex connectors leak where they are welded to the flange.

If it is glycol, how old is the fluid? Check the ph of the fluid.

Are you sure it is leaking and not condensation? There is no insulation on the pump and the air sealing of the insulation of the piping seems inadequate.

look at the sweat on the braided flex line and stains on insulation. If you have exposed pipe higher up, it will sweat and drip down. The rusty flex flange says a lot. Do you have a water meter on the chilled water make up line? Do you record the meter reading weekly?
