Does anyone know of a replacement unit, other then magic pak, that would make for a more direct replacement for the following Armstrong air unit, installed in 1998. Model# 10PWC242a-5a. So far I can only find Magic pak that will work, but it appears that there would be a lot of modifications to make it work. Thanks to all

Cant find that #, are we talking PTAC unit?
If yes Im looking at these very closely. Inver driven PTAC.

The unit is a ducted through the wall unit that is located on an exterior wall in a mechanical closet. The ductwork runs from that room to the condo. So no it is not a PTAC0
