Never heard of First Mechanical. First Company makes that kind of product. Is it a self contained through the wall heat/cool unit?0

Familiar with First Company but its not like that. Its in a tele-communication CEV0

I know of only 2 companies.
Marvair by Crispaire corp of Cordele GA.
The units I work on are from the early 90's.
One has a very simple use of outside air for cooling. Heating and cooling in one unit. Outside wall mount with only 2 wall openings. All maint done outside.
EngA Engineered Air by Airtex Manf. of Lenexa KS.
Again the ones I see are from 1991.
Some will call them "Overengineered Air as they have fairly complex heat/reheat/low amb operation etc.
Pretty good longevity for both brands and parts were still available as of the last 5 years.
These are on telephone switch buildings.
PS: the operational books I have are so old (90's) they show no web site......imagine that.0

The industry now calls them VTACs, been around forever. Armstrong's Magic Pak is probably the best known. That it ?0
