The sight window keeps showing the water way under the fill line. The auto fed keeps trying to add water but I have to add more on top of it to get it back up to the correct line! Please help me

Steam system. If you keep having to add water, you have a leak... as @pecmsg said, why is there water all over the floor? There shouldn't be any at all.

The simplest possibility is that the pressure relief valve is faulty. But then you would likely notice steam being discharged from its outlet.

A second possibility is that the pressure is way too high -- but again, you'd likely notice the steam, as well as heating problems.

A third possibility -- and the most likely one -- is that there is a leak either in the boiler itself or in one of the pipes leading to the boiler at a level below the water line.

You have some detective work to do -- start by finding out where that water is coming from.

Most likely, it's time for a new boiler.

As mentioned, that's a steam boiler, not hot water. There are very few that know how to do steam correctly.

Try the contractor locator above or post your locale and we will try and recommend someone.

The pressuretrol setting is waaay too high. (The grey control on top of the boiler attached to the pipe with the loop.)
That needs to be set to 1 psi. For now. A Pro will make final adjustments. Remove the cover and make sure the white dial is also set to 1.
    Do what ☝️those guys said.
You need a steam AND oil Pro. It looks quite neglected.
