Boiler Room Picture I can use

I will be teaching a class on the benefits of hydronic versus air and was hoping to get a picture of a nice hydronic boiler room, perhaps with the metal diamond plate on the wall. If there is a picture of a boiler room where you are proud, please post it so I can use it

I’m not a fan of diamond plate. I used it twice 15-20 years ago, never used it again. I think it detracts from the work. But, that’s just me.

I tried tread plate a few times also. I found it harder to mount on and get holed drilled exactly where you want them. Not so easy to wipe clean or re-polish either.

Customers love the look of it when it is shiny and new

I appreciate the workmanship and clever use of a space and product more that the backing material. Plenty of pics on FB and Instagram.

I prefer the look of the European tread plate, smaller bars, tighter spacing, more of a herringbone look. I don't see it around the US often.

Enameled .040 aluminum sheets. 4X10 in any color are around 60 bucks here. Build it all on the plywood first, slip the aluminum under it what it is cleaned and pressure tested.

Aluminum angle around the edges for a picture frame look.

It was house overlooking I70 just West of Denver. The first Charlie Angels movie was filmed there. Mark truly outdid himself on that one.

@Intplm. Good eye. The tees were pulled, but not by me. I bought the manifold from Alberta, I think?

Years ago, I suggested the creation of a Heating Help calendar, with pictures of a mix of old and new boiler rooms, with the occasional grizzled steam fitter.
Maybe it’s time for that now, with enough white space for the company name, and for marking down any service notes,-
