EK1 5" chimney liner and condensation ?
We live in Alaska and I'm getting mixed opinions regarding using a chimney liner with the EK1 in a cold climate.
Will installing a 5" chimney liner into are existing ~30 foot 7" double walled SS vertical flue create a problem with condensation forming and collecting at the bottom of the 7" flue and then dripping on top of the boiler?
Thanks

Our ek-1 frontier uses a 5 inch flue connector to the chimney. Which boiler are you thinking of useing?

Looking at the ek-1 system 2000…. sorry I meant 5" flue.

That will take a 5 in chimney liner and 5 in from the boiler to the liner. Use an increaser to step up from the 4 inch flue collar at the boiler to the 5 inch.
