Hi all, can someone please opine to see if this low pressure gauge is suitable for a gas fired steam boiler?

if not, could you please recommend a site that i can purchase from?

ive looked at the forum and it was stated that Marsh Instruments or from Dwyer Instruments but they dont seem to sell direct retail.

Thanks in advance

Thank you. Do you have an alternate suggestion you can send my way?

Well, yes. But… if the pressure goes over 3 psig you have other problems to cope with before that one.

A low pressure steam gauge from either Dwyer Instruments or Marsh Instruments is what you should have as they are American made pressure gauges.

That one from Supplyhouse is fine. I have cheap ones from Amazon that are also fine. This isn't rocket science, it's a little steam pressure.

I am pretty sure you can get Dwyer stuff direct from them. I get mine Dwyer stuff from eBay where the low price is worth the risk of getting damaged ones. Dwyer stuff is very well built and survives even bad treatment.
