Monoflo tees

what is everyone’s opinion on monoflo tees oriented so that the branch is laying flat up against the floor joist? 3/4”x1/2” “scoop” tee? Should I use two monoflo tees instead of one on the return? Kickspace is above. About 15-20 feet of branch piping. I’ll have the tees about 13” apart, that’s all the room I have.
Thanks guys

would having the tees lay flat matter? Instead of looking up or down?

15-20 feet of branch piping is a concern with only 13” between the Tees. The basic rule is that you should have as much spacing between the Tees as there is in the branch. Two Monoflo Tees will help, but I’d be concerned about that much branch piping with only 13” between the Tees.
A small circulator with two closely spaced standard Tees (primary/secondary) would be a sure solution.
