    Hello Jonathan,

    Does your Tarm have a Domestic coil in it?? It may be that you will need to take the skin off the boiler to look for the leak.
    If the rubber gasket is leaking you will have to try tightening the nuts a tiny bit and if it still leaks you will need to drain the boiler and remove the coil and install a new gasket.
