I think a draft inducer TJERNLUND DJ3 or D3 would be better, but might go with pic 1 and 2 if i can tie this up strong against 200mph winds. thoughts?

Any thoughts about the addition of a draft inducer on a direct vent system with pressure over the fire and the breech being the same without any blockage?

Why? What's wrong with venting it the way the manual recommends? I certainly wouldn't add a draught inducer -- it will, almost inevitably, do evil things to the draught over the fire and the combustion.

LOL. Perhaps you should consider just using listed venting installed to the listing? Where is this? In the US, you cannot use single walled pipe out through the building. It must be a 'vent' or 'chimney'. You are not allowed to vent downhill-rise 1/4" per LF The listed termination should be fine. If you have a 200 mph wind just understand when the vent ends up in the yard, it is an insurable loss. If you have a 200 mph wind, you should have the furnace shut down and you should be in another State.
Those draft inducers create positive vent pressure. Therefore, the vent pipe would have to be listed for positive vent pressure. A mfr. can call them "inducers" instead of power venters but check the draft pressure downstream and it will be positive WRT the CAZ.
