Worth it to replace CycleGard with SafGard?

If this was a new installation, there's no question. But the existing CycleGard is functional and the (new to me) boiler itself is about 15 years old.
I love to hate on the thing, but is it really worth it from a ROI (financial, comfort, or otherwise) to switch now?
Thanks!
Patrick

To me it’s well worth it, the cycle guard shuts the burner down for no reason other then to do a water level check. Then you lose the steam and have heat it up to steam all over again. To me it wastes money.DL Mechanical LLC Heating, Cooling and Plumbing 732-266-5386

Just replaced mine with safguard. Boiler runs and builds steam much quicker. I love the thing.Weil McLean SGO4, Riello Gas Burner
