    I've heard retirement is when you sit on your porch and chuck empties at the neighbor kids. I retire every day in the summer, not so much in the winter.

    I made a mistake last year by enclosing my front porch. Now I can't chuck the empties at the kids without opening the door and by the time I get to the door the little **** are gone!

    Worse than that is with the demise of the old cat I can't make up the special candy for Halloween. Well at least I don't have to collect tootsie roll wrappers anymore.
