I have a 100,000 BTU LP gas heater. Will the piping in this diagram provide enough gas to the heater?

80 ft is sufficient for 262,000 BTU

It looks like ~40' of 3/4" and ~60" of 1/2"
I think from a code point of view it is slightly undersized.
Unless the heater is finicky about pressure, it will probably "work".

Is there no other equipment? What kind of a "heater" is it a furnace or a boiler?

How far is it from the LP tanks to the house?

using the longest run method puts you at just shy of 91 ft. Using the rego serviceman's guide indicates the 1/2 black iron will be good for 84k. I would size the entire line with at least 3/4" and drop at the unit. It will also leave you a safety net if something is added down the road. Just make sure your twin stage is connected directly to the 3/4 pipe, not with a 1/2 piece of copper...Also want to check the unit and verify they dont require a larger size...some are fussy when it come's to supply and drops in pressure..

It is a reznor 100 udap heater. The tanks are against the outside wall. the 8" section of 1/2" pipe passes through the wall to the outside. I don't foresee anything being added in the future. It is in a warehouse.

according to code, 100 feet of 3/4 is good for 232,000 BTU. I would reduce at all to the apliance
