That an average of one cycle every 19 minutes, which means during heating season you are probably cycling even more frequently.
Many zones with small heat loads will do this to low mass boilers. There are things you can do to reduce cycling like combining zones together, or installing a buffer tank.

Burnham would like you to have your installer/contractor/service person call them directly from your facility and they will walk them through a solution to your problem.

5 zones in an 1850 sqft house?
In my house I was getting excessive cycling due to Mum in law having apt attached to house. She has roughly 800sqft.I combined her zone with our downstairs heating zone.I went from 45 cycles to 2 per day.Boiler is firing at lowest oiutput. Will be interesting to compare gas bills over the year but the cycling issue has stopped which I am happy about. On average including hot water I am cycling 4-6 times a day.Boiler goes to 115k and house is 2750sqft build like an average Long Island house....

To much zoning. It's the leading cause of cycling. Next to oversized boiler. Put both those together your playing ping pong off high limit. You have both.

Boiler more then likely over sized and as others have said zoning could have a lot to do with it. Best approach is a new room x room/ zone x zone heat loss, emitter measurements and calculation of btu/hr capability of them. From there a curve and modulation rate adjustment probably and you may want to look into this providing you have the correct version of the Sage Control
