    If you blow in the pipe hard enough with the valve closed, it should pop right back out. ;)

    I did the same thing in a blind spot on an 1 1/4" line a few years ago.

    They technically could send you a new joint if someone just took it off the assembly line. They have the technology, they can rebuild it to be better than it is.
