Steam boiler replacement
hi guys.
Quoting a steam boiler replacement I’ve measured all the radiations and determined I have 425 sq ft or steam and 426 edr. My question is that on this boiler the supply is 2” but the existing boiler currently has 2 3 1/2 supply’s. Should I be worried sizing the boiler to the radiators and leaving the current supply piping?

Your question is somewhat strange to read but I'll answer it how I read it without comment as to any other concerns:
You can use your existing 3-1/2" supply (near boiler) piping with your new boiler.
But send some pictures of it because we like to look at pictures.

each main should connect separately to the header for the new boiler. if there is a header from a previous boiler still there you need to remove it and bring the mains individually down to the new header. the connections to the header should be ordered as: all the supply risers from the boiler, all the risers to the steam mains, the equalizer. you may need to make the header a loop or rotate the boiler or other creative arangements to accomplish this.

Just follow the new boiler piping diagram in the manual and you will be fine. Larger piping than the manual shows will be no issue. Small may be a small or big problem.
