Currently i have a flow exhaust but no chimney liner, would you recommend getting a liner or just going with an exhaust pump tank?

Do you mean a regular chimney type vent, either masonry or metal, compared to a power (fan assist) vent type?

Are you asking if a fan is needed? Is it better? Or is a common draft better? It depends on what you are using it with. Please post some pictures or at least be a little more specific in your description.
