    With any gas appliance....
Do you have gas? What is the incoming pressure? Are other appliances working?

Check static and dynamic supply and manifold pressure.

Any packing material in the vent like the clear packing tape over the little piece of cpvc to transition to PVC that htp shipped with my boiler?

    Draining fine,

If you read other posts on this site, you will find that folks looking for help offer a lot more details. Pictures and responses using a few more words help us help you.

Normally I would wonder if the gas line is purged of air with adequate pressure or if the flow switch is closing the circuit.

The fan running all the time regardless of call for heat is a red flag. That sounds like a manufacturing issue. Have you gone through the troubleshooting part of the manual or called tech support?

I havnt trouble shooted yet, havnt the time, was just looking to see if someone might of had the same issue, in gonna start with system pressure and the ignition Pin, with the fan running, if it is getting fuel then maybe the ignighter Pin is bad/ dirty

how would the electrode be dirty if it has never run? i'd start with seeing if it even gets to the point of turning on the gas valve, might be a pilot then main stage, might just be a main stage. look at the sequence of operations in the manual and see how far it gets.

did you look in the menus for stored errors?
