I want to that all of you on this forum for all of your assistance, especially @New England SteamWorks for his work on my boiler and @gerry gill for the balancing chart. This is the first year I have not had a too hot or cold call during the winter in my building in 20 years.

At first I questions the radiator vent sizing, 5-D in my condo building case, thought is was way to aggressive. It worked, heat is even and almost silent. My heat bill is also lighter on the wallet. This site is the best resource a novice can have when it comes to steam heat in an old building.
Having Dan comment on one of my posts is a huge honor. His books have been my bibles of heating.
