Hi, We need to replace our condenser boiler. HVAC company is recommending either Navien NCB-240, or Williamson Power Vent -140,000BTU's. Anyone have information about these boilers?

Well... without knowing what your heating load is, can't recommend anything. The HVAC company should have performed a Manual J study of your structure to determine the correct size boiler. Did they? What did it say?Br. Jamie, osb

You also need to do a radiation survey to determine the output capacity of your emitters. It makes absolutely no sense to put in a boiler that has a higher output than the radiation (pick up factor excluded).Bob Boan

Can you post some pics of your current setup and its size. How about some basic construction data about you house? Its size, type of construction, year built, your locale?Bob Boan
