Steamer Install

We installed a Peerless 63-03 with a 4” drop header, Caleffi in-line demineralize filter, our standard water seal set up along with a 2 stage gas valve a vaporstat to trigger the low fire. Upgraded the main venting with a Barnes & Jones big mouth vent.
Still need to go back to upgrade and balance the radiator venting, skimming and wanding some more.

A Weil Mclain EG45. I don’t have any pictures of before since homeowner removed the boiler before we got there.

Wow! The manufacturer suggests a single 2” riser with a 2” non-drop header. I’ve been planning both 2” risers with a 2-1/2 drop header for my 63-3 and I thought *that* was going above and beyond!

As always Ezzy crazy good stuff there buddy ,no Holden back and above and beyond the call ,again neato .The quality you put in a job leaves every other contractor who thinks there doing it right back at the starting line gate picking there nose .i really hope your customers realize the bargain there getting for the quality of work they receive it not the sum of parts it s the intelligence and skill set to make it all happen plus all the logistics of getting all the moon and stars to line up at the same time . Hot stuff buddy .never have to tell Ezzy to keep up the great work he is a steam machine blasting out beautifully piped steam boilers. It s really great to know especially since where both in about the same area that there’s some one else doin the right thing and caring the torch .As Ezzy knows there’s probably more poorly installed steam boiler of all sizes in the north jersey area then probably any place else except maybe rockland / Orange County nys in the world I think .A lot of them are just walk away s ain’t nothing your gonna do except take there money either to bring it back or de knuckle head it which in some cases is like buying a new car .But to see a younger guy like Ezzy and Dave doing great work way above what the big P and H are doing proves small heating business will always offer a better job ,service then some guy working for somebody they got way less skin in the game . Again Ezzy awesome stuff big time boiler porn here lol as always Peace and good luck clammy

Ezzy built mine 2 years ago, and taught me how to wand it. Working like a dream... I am a very happy and appreciative customer!

I think there may be more iron in the close boiler piping than in the boiler itself! Its sure going to deliver dry steam! Beautiful job. I'm guessing the homeowner doesn't fully understand the perfection of this install.
