I have a great customer that has a couple large snowmelt systems (50% glycol), and two larger systems that require 30% glycol.
Over the years, they have ended up with a dozen or so 55 gallon barrels all with different concentrations. They asked how they can turn these into premixed 30% or 50% barrels. I created this table to let them just use a tape measure to figure out how much of the existing they need to mix with 100% in order to get the desired level.
Here is the table.
If anyone wants to expand it for other concentrations or volumes, PM me and I will send the spreadsheet behind it.
