    The real sad part is in most cases to pipe these boilers properly wouldn't require any additional labor or material.

    The problem is .......they can't or won't read.

    I admit even myself after doing this for 45 years I don't really feel like reading the installation manual. I have learned to be able to pick through them fairly quickly looking for what I need to know.

    But really, what I prefer to do if possible is get the install manual ahead of time and read it the night before I start the job

    Funny thing is Weil-McLain offers near boiler piping kits to pipe per their manual.

    You can literally apply that to everything in life.

    Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

    That's a re-branded Dunkirk, and as usual they reduced the 2-1/2" steam tapping to 2". Once again, someone couldn't bother to read the freakin' manual.
