    I wish.......

He was just walking by this commercial building, its in a kind of breezeway to access different businesses, he saw it and snapped a picture. Hooked up for hot water and was hot so assume it is still in service.

Must have been a hell of job to get that thing built and in place.

    Beautiful! Thanks for sharing.

Here's more info on this type of radiator: https://heatinghelp.com/heating-museum/curved-corner-45-degree-angle-pantry-and-circular-radiators/

I remember seeing one of those in the Old Post Office Pavilion in Washington, DC, but I'm not sure if they kept it during the recent renovation.

I'd find a way to get it in the house! Actually I doubt it would fit through any door unless you had a set of french doors or a slider. I'd still take it and try to split it in half.

The Old Post Office radiators. I have to get over there to see if they survived the retrofit to a hotel.

According to the literature that @Erin Holohan Haskell was kind enough to share, it looks like they came in two halfs that were then assembled on site. Much more door friendly.

@Dan Holohan these are beautiful! Hope they survived. I have to ask what are the 3/4 coiled fin tube pipes tucked inside the radiator?

There used to be two of those in the City Hall in Providence. They did some renovating several years ago. I will have to stop by and see it they are still in service.
