Snow, Snow and more Snow along with Zero and below temperatures when will it stop?
This will surely try your soul. It also puts a real test on equipment. It is so important to be able to diagnose and repair equipment as quickly and efficiently as we can in these extreme weather conditions.
Our classes offer the best in training on gas equipment in the country. There are others who offer gas training but they do not bring to the training environment what Tim McElwain brings. He brings over 49 years working in the gas industry on all kinds of equipment both old and new. For 28 of those years he has been involved as an instructor working for a gas utility then for Honeywell (5 years in their SOURCE PROGRAM). He has owned and operated Gas Training Institute since 1994 when he left the gas company. Tim’s background in electronics, along with a real knowledge of combustion and combustion testing make him unique. Special classes on Testing Design Gas Equipment, the older Powerpile systems, Pipe Sizing, Air for Combustion and Venting and Carbon Monoxide detection procedures and Conversion Burners are offered from time to time. Let us know what you are looking for in the way of training and we will surely try to help you out.
The five straight days of seminars we offer every month are designed to create a well rounded technician who can handle most everything related to gas equipment.
We look forward to seeing some of you in the next few months. Our upcoming schedule is attached, as is the current list of catalogs I have to offer.
