Does the near boiler piping on this Burnham Independence look correct?

why 1 riser and not both?

If the manufacturer calls for 1 there is zero reason to have both. I don't know if this model calls for both or not, but that's the answer

Tell that to Williamson who only provided a single tapping!
But seriously, just because water can be horrible does that mean we should continue to add additional hardware? How far is far enough? Why not put an 8" header with a 4" equalizer?

it could easily mean the difference between skimming 3 times a week apart each time and skimming daily for a week or 2.
where is the return, how does the condensate get back from a return at the far end if it is parallel floe=w or from the drips before the header connection if it is counterflow?never mind, i see the copper stub off the equalizer now.
