Low Temperature Thermostat??

I have a pole barn woodworking shop that is fully insulated and drywalled. Have a gas furnace for my heat source. When not being used I turn the thermostat down to 50f which looks to be the lowest setting.
Wondering if there is a lower temperature thermostat available?
Thanks!

why would you need the thermostat to get lower? Just turn it off

What type of heat?

that is a typical low setting for wall type thermostats . You could do a search for brands or models that may go lower.
