hot water radiator

hi i have a crown boiler hot water boiler. The kitchen radiator doesn't heat up. I tried bleeding from the radiator and dumped about 3 small buckets and no luck. This freaking radiator doesn't heat up . I called like three heating companies and they came took money left. No one can figure out why this radiator in kitchen heats up. IF anyone can help would be appreciated. I am attaching a pic of what the radiator looks like. The heating guy did a purge of the whole system also and no luck. The radiator has a one valve on one side and another side there is no valve. Is is possible that the bottom of radiator the pipes may have switched or a blockage some where in the wall. I hate to break walls to figure out what is happening. Thanks for the help.

    Need some pictures of the piping under this radiator.

    If its not hot why did you pay them? Next time use a CC and dispute the payment if it doesn't work.

    how about the pipes in the basement that go to this rad?

    Is the valve open all the way, does it turn at all? usually all the way counter clockwise is open but i'm not sure that it is that style of valve.

    Yes the valve is open all the way. It is counter clockwise.

    Radiator line in basement is hot

    the valve could be broken. beyond that we need to see what it is connected to in the basement.

    could have an orifice plate in it while the others were removed too.

    hmmm so open radiator and change the valve. This has to be a summer job. Its is cold now.

    This was an older post. But, @Juicer , there are so many reasons why a hot water radiator might not heat up that we really have to know more.

    Valve. Is it open? Air. Has the radiator been bled? System pressure. Is there enough to keep the radiator full of water? Zone valves or pumps. Open or operating? And so on…

    So we know it's not air right? Is the radiator on a monoflow system? In other words is there a single pipe that passes under that rad with one tee suppling one side of the rad and another tee suppling the other side?
