Fujitsu Mini Split Error
Hello all, my system is one outdoor unit with three indoor heads. System is around 8-9 years old and had plenty of issues over the years. I turned on the AC on one head and get a error code of constant economy flash and one flash each on operation and timer. The other two units are working and cooling and this one main unit not. I’ve shut power down and reset, but still flashing errors. Any help would be appreciated.

Serial communication error between indoor and outdoor unit.

To add onto this, one of the trouble shooting steps that you can DIY turn off the unit and try to rotate the fan by hand, check if it is stuck otherwise the other steps require a technician.
Also any flickering lights lately?

Some condensate pumps are wired to interrupt the communication leg from the indoor to the outdoor unit. Check for a pump & see if it's holding water.

Thanks for the help all. It was a com error. The original installation folk used romex which apparently vermin enjoy. One of the three conductors was broke. I temporarily ran a stranded #10 to replace broken wire and all is working well currently.

download the manual. Solid wire is not allowed between indoor and outdoor sections.

I'm curious as to why no solid wire in that situation?
Too much possibility of flexing and breaking?

I heard it interfered with the communications. My Old Guy said the old old Mitsubishi's weren't reliable when run with solid MC cable. I haven't seen it. A bigger problem I've seen is Sparky running it in #10s or, even worse, #10 solid for the run to the indoor unit.
Bless all those engineers who spec #10s for a 2 amp circuit.
