System2000 water tank leaking

My system 2000 water tank needs to be replaced. It seems like a proprietary tank for system 2000 only. How do I find someone who works on these systems? The tank is about 31.25 high and 22.5 diameter.

I am sure Energy Kinetics will respond. You probably need an EK dealer in your area. Who services your equipment now?

Walk into a local supply house that sells System 2K and ask the guys at the counter …

There was an error rendering this rich post.

I don’t think supply houses sell them. Sold directly from factory to contractor.

There is nothing special about the std storage tank… You can very easily modify an electric WH to fit.

I have done it a number of times.

Not everyone knows how to modify a standard electric water heater so the boiler can purge properly.

It is always best to replace it with a tank from Energy kinetics but if you are looking to use a standard electric tank there are instructions on our website to convert a standard tank for use with our boiler. Feel free to have your service provider reach out to tech support for assistance if needed at 800-323-2066
