uh, no,
@ethicalpaul means for the gage(s) to be on the protected end of the pigtail, up there with the Ptrol,

Stay away from a street 90 too hard to get a wrench on it in a tight spot. Use a nipple and a regular 90 and make the nipple as long a possible. Then a short nipple out of the 90 with a union next, then build your manifold with the other half of the union and put it up there. Neve seize the union face and threads so it will come off easily the next time.

Or, nipple out of the boiler to a cross, nipple to bottom of cross going down, to ell aimed out, ell to short nipple, short nipple to another cross, nipple left and right to tees, nipples up to your gauges and p-trol. Plug the other openings, those will be your clean outs.

You can replace the one ell I noted with a tee. :-)

yeah, I saw El twice, and didn't read all the words between, I see what you did there now, 1 El, it will be the one that clogs, and you won't have a easy time getting to its plug,
#what the El?

…and as @ethicalpaul said don't forget the union goinginto the ptrol. You are going to want to clean your pigtail annually and it is just alot easier to get it out. Here is how I did mine.
