Concentric vent cap which has been glued. Need to replace flashing without damaging vevt system.
I have a 2” concentric vent going through my roof and the cone vent cap has been glued. They are going to replace the roof and i need a new flashing however it will not fit over the cone termination. I would prefer not having to replace the entire concentric system in the attic. I would appreciate any help.

make a flashing with a seam that is riveted together.

or just remove the old roofing from the flashing and re-use it if it is in good condition

Be careful if you are considering cutting the concenric, as not all brands use a standard size for the inner pipe.
