Dont laugh too hard. I have a spigot like the first photo. I belly crawled into a tight portion of our crawl space, drilled at the highest point on the sill,just below the floor, and came out about an inch above ground level. Cant use a frost proof spigot that low so, for thirty years, i have the first photo. Except, my spigot doesnt face the wall. So, mine is better!

No frost free sillcocks?
Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

I'm big on Wolverine Brass FF sillcocks, but we weren't opening the basement ceiling. This was just a quicker fix. Mad Dog
