condensate pipe not properly plumbed
Hi,
my contractor didn't properly build the condensate pipe for my 2 rheem hvac units. One of them leaked and went into the bedrooms and now I have a hole in my ceiling. The contractor isnt answering my calls so thats another issue.
I have 2 units, one on the crawl space one in the attic. I want to properly build the condensate drain pipes with traps and whatever is needed. Any diy instructions for this?

Does that Attic get below freezing?

I'm not an AC guy, but I usually see a 3/4" pvc tee with a 6 " piece sticking straight for a vent. Mad Dog 🐕

It's possible that the AC could go below freezing but not likely.
