Fan runs constantly even when thermostat is offbor unplugged.

    Sounds like a short in the wiring or a relay or contactor that is mis wired or stuck closed.

    What model and series?  I recently had a sticky/stuck TE solid state relay on spacepak 2 stage blower main board (upper right corner) .  New relay fixed the problem. Downside is having to pull the board to make the repair.

    Are you sure that's solid state? it looks like a pretty standard electromechanical relay to me.

    Am open limit could make the blower run continuously as well.

    @mattmia - you are correct.  Don’t know why I said solid state.  I tested that it was sticking by tapping it with a screwdriver. That’s not something a solid state would respond to.

    Yes, we have pretty good soldering stations at my work.
