I would like to add a second radiator to 2 feet away from the existing one on a one pipe Steam radiator. Is there a way to add a T to the existing Radiator and than add the second one there? Thank you

Yes... with a restriction. Or at least two. First, the T and the additional piping has to be arranged in such a way that for both radiators there remains a positive slope back to the riser and thence to the steam main. Depending on how the piping is going to be arranged, this may be simple -- or surprisingly tricky. The other limitation is what the total EDR will be vs. the horizontal and riser pipe sizes. You will need to check that the two radiators together do not exceed the EDR rating of the pipes in use. There is a handy table in The Lost Art for both horizontal runouts and risers.
